I was responsible for training and supporting the internal technical team at the IRIB Research Center. The goal was to help the organization maintain and improve its existing software systems. Through hands-on training and technical guidance, we successfully applied important updates to their platforms and improved overall stability. This project shows my ability to upgrade legacy systems and train in-house teams so they can support and develop their own software confidently.

I was hired to build an internal development team and modern software infrastructure for the institute. I created web-based systems such as survey forms, reporting dashboards, geospatial panels, and SSO services. I recruited and trained new team members, and after onboarding, they continued their work under the product owner. All servers and codebases were connected to CI/CD pipelines, and version release and backup processes were fully automated.

I was invited to help expand and modernize the FilmNab platform by building an internal programming team for the institute. After reviewing the current system and future needs, I selected C# for backend development and Flutter for mobile apps. I hired skilled developers and started the project using an agile, short-iteration workflow. Within four months, all platforms — web, Android, and iOS — were ready for launch. With the new team in place, the institute became capable of developing and maintaining the platform independently.

Over five years at Motahar Co., I built multiple full programming teams from scratch. More than three generations of teams were formed, trained, and grown inside the company. Developers came from a wide age range — from 1977-born senior engineers to 2000-born junior developers — and all were trained to work with modern development workflows. I created a stable technical environment, defined coding standards, and delivered continuous training. Each team developed real products and matured enough to continue their careers confidently. This long-term experience shows that I can reliably build, grow, and maintain software teams for organizations that need stable and scalable technical structures.
